I used Robert Gibb, steel fabricator on a main entrance project which had a total budget of £83,000 the architects Currie and Currie supplied the final drawings for the project. Robert was extremely professional in his total approach; his steel fabrication on the gates and railings were exactly to the drawings, keeping to very precise tolerances at all times. Apart from the gates and railings he fabricated he was willing to fabricate steel into leaded sockets in stone, which several larger steel fabricators had refused to do so, this was a manufacturing technique dating back to the early 1900s. His workmanship was first class in every way and his attention to service and keeping to time deadlines exemplary and beyond what was expected.
